1. Launch Territory

Gamvt supports shipment only to deliverable addresses within the United States. International orders are not accepted at launch.

2. Shipment Window

Unless the listing states a different timeframe, the seller must tender the artwork to the carrier within seven business days after payment or order confirmation. This window begins at payment or order confirmation and does not depend on when the seller's proceeds are released — the seller does not wait for a payout before shipping. A listing may provide a longer preparation window for oversized, framed, fragile, or specially packaged work.

3. Packaging, Tracking, and Insurance

The seller must use packaging suitable for original artwork and provide valid tracking. Shipment insurance covering the artwork for at least its full sale value is mandatory for any sale with a final artwork price of $1,000 or more, and the seller must submit proof of that coverage to Gamvt before the artwork is tendered to the carrier. A sale of $5,000 or more also requires a pre-shipment review with Gamvt. Below $1,000, full-value shipment protection is strongly recommended but not required. A declared value on a carrier label is not, by itself, insurance. Signature confirmation, a professional carrier or handler, or other enhanced precautions may be required based on value, size, fragility, destination, or risk. Buyers should retain all packaging until the artwork is inspected and any issue is resolved.

4. Shipping Delays

If the seller cannot ship within the promised period, the seller must notify Gamvt within one business day of becoming aware, with a specific revised shipment date. Gamvt or the seller will notify the buyer and provide the revised date. The buyer may accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund before shipment. If no shipment period is stated, applicable law may impose a default shipment period.

5. Address Changes and Delivery Attempts

Buyers must provide a complete, deliverable address. Address changes are not guaranteed after payment and may require cancellation and a new order. A seller should not change the delivery address solely because of a buyer message; address changes should go through Gamvt. Additional costs or losses caused by an incorrect address, refusal, unauthorized rerouting, or failure to collect may be the buyer's responsibility where permitted by law.

6. Risk of Loss

The seller remains responsible for loss or material damage until carrier-confirmed delivery to the address supplied by the buyer, except to the extent the loss results from the buyer's incorrect address, refusal, unauthorized rerouting, or other buyer-caused event. This allocation does not override rights that cannot legally be waived, and it is read together with the Returns, Refunds, Cancellation, and Damage Policy.

7. Carrier Delivery and Non-Delivery

A carrier scan is evidence of shipment and delivery but may be reviewed with other information. Before reporting non-delivery, buyers should check secure locations, household members, building staff, and the carrier. Gamvt may require a carrier claim, signed statement, or police report for suspected theft or high-value losses. The seller pursues carrier or insurer claims for transit loss or damage and remains responsible for any unrecovered amount attributable to the shipment; Gamvt will reasonably support a claim with order and transaction records but does not become the insurer or guarantee that a claim will be paid.

8. Delivery Confirmation and Release of Proceeds

The buyer should confirm receipt through Gamvt once the artwork arrives. If the buyer confirms receipt, Gamvt releases the seller's proceeds at that time and the order is marked Delivered. If the buyer neither confirms receipt nor reports a problem, Gamvt may treat the order as accepted and automatically release the seller's proceeds approximately fourteen (14) calendar days after the artwork is marked shipped, subject to Stripe settlement and any open cancellation, damage, non-delivery, authenticity, refund, fraud, dispute, buyer-reported problem, or legal hold. Automatic release after this period is an administrative completion of the order; it does not mean the buyer confirmed delivery. A buyer who reports a problem before the automatic-release deadline causes the payout to be held for Gamvt's review before funds are released. Depending on how an order was processed, release occurs as a payout or as a transfer of the seller's share followed by a payout, and a released payout may show as processing until funds are available at Stripe. This process does not waive rights that applicable law does not allow Gamvt to limit.
